Undertaking responsibilities and provision of services for a project owner/client by an experienced general contractor, with established management capability, on a professional basis. With involvement from the very outset, MNJHI Limited brings to bear our special knowledge and experience in concert with the special abilities and knowledge of the design-making stage. MNJHI Limited together with the project owner/client and architect/engineer and project manager constitute the Construction by Management Contract team. With each member of the team performing a defined role complementary to those of the other members, the team operates with co-operation among its members and co co-ordination of its several activities so as to achieve the project objectives. The services and responsibilities of MNJHI Limited make a very clear demand for knowledge, experience and capability in the
following areas;

(1) construction methods and use of materials;
(2) construction costs based on up-to-date, in-the-field cost data and experience;
(3) the economics of construction, including standards of workmanship and productivity;
(4) the labor market;
(5) labor-management relations;
(6) safety loss, policies, and their requirements;
(7) the construction trades market;
(8) the equipment and materials market;
(9) project organization and administration ;
(10) financial responsibility;
(11) bonding and insurance
